HOYER has a specialised fleet of tank containers for transporting gases:
Cryogenic or T75 containers for IMO 7 products/cryogenic liquefied gases (18 to 25 m3):
- Nitrous oxide
- Carbon dioxide
and pressurized gas or T50 containers for IMO 5 products/liquefied gases under pressure (22 to 42 m3):
- Ammonia, anhydrous
- Buta-1.2-diene, stabilized
- Ethyl chloride, anhydrous
- Isobutene (isobutylene)
- Propene (propylene)
For the multimodal transport of compressed gases HOYER uses 20’ or 40’ Multiple-Element Gas Containers (MEGC) connected to a manifold and mounted in an ISO frame.
HOYER recommends the use of this highly-specialized tank container, especially in deep sea shipping.
HOYER provides tank trailers for transporting carbon dioxide, LPG, aerosols, hydrogen and gas cylinders.
We also operate lightweight jumbo trailers for air gases, cryogenic containers (18 to 25 m3) and compressed gas containers (22 to 42 m3).
Special cylinder bundle trailers are used for transporting compressed gases. HOYER also works with customers to develop bespoke solutions tailored to meet individual requirements.
